We have bought TATA Altroz XZ from KROPEX Sarjapur Road showroom, first time we visited in the month of Feb 24, before visiting this showroom we heard/read many negative reviews of TATA car showroom(like they don't care about customer and they don't behave or attend customer properly) but when we visited this showroom and meet there Ms Bindu(sales representative), she attended us very happily and explained all features of the car and answered all our queries very patiently. In the first visit only we were impressed after that in next visit we met Mr. Nagesh(Team Lead/Manager) he has also explained about vehicle and features, yard PDI,service and all other queries very patiently and promised that they can give vehicle delivery in 3-4 weeks,and we booked the vehicle that day only and within 8-9 days vehicle got allotted to me. So i was very impressed since I heard that TATA vehicle delivery waiting time remain at least 6 months,so I was very happy and as he committed we got the vehicle delivery on time with all complete formalities and asked accessories. I want to say special big thanks to Ms Bindu here since she has handled all insurance, yard PDI,registration process in timely manner and updated us the vehicle status time to time which was very impressive ,since I visited many car showroom and interacted with many sales representative but I observed Ms Bindu is very calm and skillful and knows how to interact with customer. Though there were some communication gap within the team but that was manageable.second thing is they should improve car cleaning process at the time of delivery. In above mentioned two points they have area of improvement. But overall it was very nice experience and i am fully satisfied with the service and treatment given by the team.i can say I am satisfied customer. I can definitely recommend to my family and friends KROPEX Sarjapur Road showroom to buy TATA vehicle. Once again big Thank you Ms Bindu and Mr.Nagsh.
