Exceptional Service at Tata Showroom, Kalpetta!
Recently, while driving my Tata Harrier, I noticed a warning signal and searched for the nearest Tata showroom. I got in touch with the Kalpetta service center, and someone shared the contact details of Mr. Abijith S, the Service Manager.
From the very first call, Mr. Abijith was extremely polite and professional, and he promptly asked me to visit the showroom for a check-up. Upon arrival, a service technician inspected the car and initially said there was no visible issue. However, Mr. Abijith personally intervened, ensuring an additional thorough check since I was traveling with my family.
The team took the car back to the service bay for a detailed cross-check while we were escorted to the customer lounge by their courteous staff. The hospitality and care shown by the Tata team in Kalpetta were truly commendable!
After a proper diagnosis and reassurance, we left with peace of mind and had a safe journey back to Bangalore. In my three years with Tata, this has been my best service experience so far!
