We recently Purchased are Punch 2.0. Tata Motors team has been very helpful. We did initially have a little hurdle when it comes to having our pre booked car delivered to us on committed timelines… however later they definitely made it up. They will need to work on being proactive in providing information as form a customer’s PoV they are waiting anxiously to hear about the status of their new vehicle.
