    Tata Nexon Pure+ S AMT (Grassland Beige) – Delivery Experience from Gokulam Motors, Chrompet Recently, I took delivery of my first car – the Tata Nexon Pure+ S AMT in Grassland Beige – from Gokulam Motors. As a first-time buyer, this purchase was the result of over 1.5 years of planning, saving, and researching. We considered several options like the Mahindra XUV 3XO, Hyundai Venue, and the Nexon. Ultimately, the Nexon stood out with better features and value for money within our budget. Initially, we were hesitant to go with Tata due to concerns raised by others about after-sales service. However, a referral from my cousin’s friend led us to Gokulam Motors – and they completely changed our perception. From the moment I inquired, their calm and professional approach gave us confidence. They even arranged a home test drive, allowing our entire family to experience the car. We booked the vehicle and received delivery within 4 weeks. A big shoutout to Vignesh (aka Vicky) and Vivek, who were with us every step of the way. Their patience, support during decision-making, and honesty in delivering on their promises made the entire process smooth. Special thanks also to Esaki, Richard, Saraswathi, and Rajeshwari, who were part of the journey. A common concern people have with Tata cars is the fit and finish. I, too, had doubts due to comments from others. But the vehicle we received is well-built, with no quality issues so far – and it’s been 5 days since delivery. I didn’t even conduct a personal PDI because of the confidence the team instilled in me, and they stood by their word. Overall, I had a great experience with Gokulam Motors and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a Tata vehicle. I Thank once again to the entire Gokulam team for making our first car buying experience memorable and stress-free!
