Ardin Joy and his entire team were a joy to work with, right from the start, when I inquired about whether they had a good end-of-year deal going for the Tata Altroz. Arden painstakingly explained to me the whole process and patiently answered all my questions regarding the nitty gritties of the line items as well as the purchase process itself. I really appreciated his prompt communication and willingness to accommodate my requests for inspection, especially since I was doing this entirely remotely and he had to coordinate with my parents who were local.
