Today, I am taking some time to share a review of this branch. I purchased a Tata Nexon in November 2023, and my experience with the sales team (Dhanu and Ranganath Garu) was excellent. They provided all the details and made the buying process very smooth and hassle-free. Even after the purchase, the sales team has been supportive whenever I faced any issues with the car. Recently, I encountered a problem near Maredumalli, East Godavari District, where the car battery failed, and the engine wouldn’t start. I reported the issue to this branch since I had purchased the vehicle here. Even after 1 year and 3 months, the team was responsive and addressed my issue promptly. I want to specially appreciate the Service Manager, Mr. Chand Basha, for his outstanding support. He took full responsibility for the situation and coordinated everything, including arranging RSA + support team calls, a towing vehicle, and continuous follow-ups. His care and attention were remarkable, and he stayed in touch until I safely reached my destination. The day after the breakdown, I visited the nearest Tata showroom in Rajahmundry to explain the situation. Once again, Mr. Chand Basha ensured seamless communication with the Rajahmundry service team and arranged a solution at the earliest. After troubleshooting, the team identified the issue as a battery failure. They replaced the battery immediately. I extend my gratitude to the Rajahmundry Siva Shankar Showroom and a special thanks to their Service Manager Mr. Manoj, for resolving the issue effectively. A big thanks to the Ongole Branch Manager, the Sales team (Dhanu and Ranganath Garu), and especially Mr. Chand Basha for their incredible service and customer care. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this team and Branch.
