My Nexon EV was coming to a stop with a motor issue being indicated. When I called up Jaika service centre they asked me to do a small self check and drop the vehicle for service in case I am still doubtful about the issue. After dropping the car at the service centre I immediately got a call explaining what the service issue might be. After checking the issue thoroughly they explained it’s an issue with water pump/coolant pump and it will be taken care of in warranty itself. Also Service advisor Vishal Ekonkar said they will need to take a trial 3times for 4/5Kms each to check if the problem is resolved properly. In just a few hours I got a call saying the issue is resolved, the part is replaced in warranty and the vehicle is ready. Thankful for the out of this world service experience at Jaika Tata cars!
