Best Tata dealership, had a great experience, highly recommend them. The team at kropex has been very responsive, initially in giving a home test drive within a short notice, then explaining all the features and helping us choose the right model and variant. The booking process was seamless and they kept us updated with the delivery. Although the variant/color chosen by us took some time to get from Tata motors, they ensured the whole experience was smooth. The delivery process was great too. All features were well explained, accessories fitted on, they gave us an understanding of service schedules etc. The delivery lounge is a seperate area, the car was delivered clean and in great condition. The team cheered for us as we took delivery of our new car! This is our 3rd purchase from kropex in the last 16 years! Thank you for making it a delightful experience, yet again...!

I recently booked a Tata Punch, got delivered within 30 days. The staff at Kropex is very supportive and humble. Great service. Staff is always reachable, especially Mr Raju. Very supportive and helpful. I got what was proposed at the time of booking and more, accessory fitting is also top knotch, no complaints very happy with the service.
