Firstly, I would like to highlight the accidental repair work handled by Mr. Pranab Chakraborty. He has done an excellent job, and I truly admire his professional attitude and quick response. Within a single day, he processed the insurance claim, ordered the required spare parts, and completed the fitting work within two days after the parts were delivered.
Secondly, I would like to acknowledge Mr. Ashutosh Swain, who managed the servicing of my car. He has also done a tremendous job by carefully diagnosing each and every issue and completing the work with all necessary updates.
