Excellent service, highly recommend.

Overall i have given 4 star and the reason for reducing it from 5 has definitely some reasons. Being there for the first time with my first car was good but not the best. Few things can be improved 1. Timings and schedule adherence 2. Time taken for first service of a car where generally there is no requirement of changing any parts or fluid has taken almost 4 hours which is ridiculously hilarious. 3. Still after taking time the work done has not been satisfactory. Dirt and mud residues were still found on door handles and front bumper which is annoying because as a customer if I can easily spot it then it makes it a deliberate miss. However behaviour of the advisor and the overall staff is good and courteous. Try to focus on the points mentioned
