Reached for general service and some paint job for scratches, good service with job known workers.. but as always tata service is costly compared to others..

28.03.2024.. I was travelling from my home town Koothattukulam to Kanyakumari in my 4 month old Altroz Diesel XZ and enroute the engine malfunction light became active 10 to 15 kms before Kottarakkara..I have searched for a Tata Service Centre and found them... I was a little skeptical as their google reviews were only 3.5.. But my experience with them was delightful and they found out the DPF clogging issue after scanning the engine and solved it in 30 minutes with forced DPF regeneration.. The best part is that Mr. Jinto took his time to explain the process and also taught me how myself can solve this issue in future. He also marked the pages in the owners manual for my reference.. They have not charged me a single paise. Thank you very much Team Muthoot Tata Service Kottarakkara.. The service advisor who prepared the job card was also exceptional..
