The major negative, however, is the extremely long time it takes to get your car back, sometimes taking as long as 12-15 days. This issue persists even when external factors, like insurance approvals, are handled quickly, pointing to internal delays at the service center.
In short, while the quality of work and staff professionalism are excellent, the service is severely hampered by its slow turnaround time.
