I especially appreciate Mr. Joy Biswas, the salesperson, whose behaviour and professionalism were outstanding. He is one of the best salespersons I have interacted with. Before finalising, I collected quotations from multiple dealers across Kolkata, but T.C. Motor offered not only the best price but also the best overall package. They provided a current month and year manufacturing vehicle, along with an extended warranty, which added great value to my purchase. The entire deal and finalisation were possible mainly because of Mr. Joy’s continuous efforts. He consistently provided better options than other dealers, kept all his commitments, and handled the entire process very responsibly. All the staff involved during my car delivery were extremely helpful, supportive, and professional. I also purchased a few accessories from T.C. Motor, and their quality was excellent. From enquiry to booking, PDI, and final delivery—every step was smooth, transparent, and completely satisfying. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at T.C. Motor, Newtown, and I truly appreciate their exceptional service quality.

Recently bought a Tata Safari from TC Motors Rajarhat. The purchase experience was simply exceptional.
