"Exceptional Customer Service by Sumit Rana Sir! I recently visited N.G. Automobiles Hamirpur for a major repair on my Tata Punch (clutch & flywheel issue). Initially, I was very stressed about the high estimated costs, but Service Manager Sumit Sir completely turned my experience around. He is a true professional who genuinely listens to his customers and goes out of his way to support them. He patiently understood my situation, transparently explained the technicalities, and helped me secure a very fair Goodwill warranty discount. It is extremely rare to find such honest, customer-centric, and polite staff in service centers these days. A massive thank you to Sumit Sir and the entire mechanical team (Ishita Mam and Ashwani Sir)for their outstanding service, quick part arrangement, and 100% transparent billing. Highly recommended for any Tata vehicle owner. If you visit here, Sumit Sir is definitely the best person to guide you!"

Very cooperative staff good service
