Really impressed with the way my recent service experience was handled at the Tata workshop. Right from the time I reached the service centre, everything was properly coordinated and there was no unnecessary waiting or confusion. Also my appointment wasn’t booked , inspite of that they called me personally and delivered my car in the time frame they had mentioned. A special mention to Hitesh, who was assigned for my car for necessary work for my 3rd service and he was exceptionally attentive. He made the whole process much easier by keeping us informed and making sure our concerns were properly understood. It was also nice to see that the other staff members were equally cooperative and respectful. The overall environment was professional, yet welcoming, and the work was handled in a systematic manner. It’s these small things—good communication, a helpful attitude, and genuine attention to the customer—that make a service centre stand out. Thank you to Hitesh and the entire Tata team for making the experience so smooth and pleasant.
