My experience at Hyson Tata Chandrapinni was absolutely exceptional. Initially exploring other brands, I decided to book the Punch EV LR Smart+ solely due to the outstanding customer service provided by this team. I want to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr.Nishad, who handled my booking. He was completely transparent, trustworthy, and gave genuine commitments without any false information. A special thanks to Mr.Aneesh, the Team Leader, whose discipline, politeness, and product knowledge are rare in this field. He handled everything with the utmost professionalism and gave me complete details. The entire team is a testament to the excellent leadership of the GM, Mr.Binoj Augustin . His focus on elevating customer service and changing the perception of Tata service is clearly reflected in his team's performance. I’m incredibly delighted and satisfied with my decision. This small showroom delivers a top-tier customer experience that exceeds many major city outlets like Luxon and gokulam Tata Cochin.
