I got my Tata Altroz Diesel serviced on 31st January 2026, and I must say this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had so far. A special mention to the Service Advisor, Mr. Srinivasu, and the CRM, Mr. Suresh, for their exceptional support throughout the process. Both were extremely helpful, approachable, and professional. What really stood out was the level of transparency maintained by Mr. Srinivasu. Right from the beginning, he shared a clear cost estimate and ensured there were no surprises later. During the service, he kept me regularly updated via WhatsApp with pictures and videos—showing the ongoing work, damaged parts, and replacements. This level of communication truly builds trust and confidence. Another aspect worth highlighting is his honesty. The final bill was actually lower than the initial estimate, which clearly reflects his integrity and customer-first approach. The work was also completed well before the committed time, which was a pleasant surprise. Most importantly, the quality of work has been outstanding. This experience was a significant improvement compared to my earlier interactions with Tata Motors service, and it has genuinely changed my perception for the better.
