TATA.CARS Showroom - Prerana Motors, BTM Layout

I recently took delivery of my new vehicle from Prerana Motors BTM Layout, and I have to share what a fantastic experience it was from start to finish. Buying a new car can sometimes feel overwhelming with all the coordination and paperwork required, but this team made it an absolute breeze. The biggest reason everything went so flawlessly was the Branch Manager, Nitish Sir. It is very rare to see a branch manager take such a personal interest in ensuring a customer is completely happy. Nitish Sir was incredibly supportive and led by example throughout the entire journey. Whenever there was a question about the process or the timelines, he was right there to clear it up and make sure the operations moved smoothly. His leadership and customer first attitude really set a positive tone for the entire dealership, and it gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. I also want to deeply thank the sales team, especially Kavya Madam and Satish Sir, for their outstanding dedication. Kavya Madam handled all the tedious documentation, booking updates, and backend paperwork. She was incredibly proactive and kept me in the loop constantly so I never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes. Satish Sir was absolutely brilliant when it came to the actual vehicle handover. He patiently walked me through all the technical features of the car and made sure the delivery day felt like a true celebration. Thank you Tata team!

Thanks Hemanth and team, for the car delivery. Great nature and communication. It was bit up and down but team handled it effectively. Hope you continue great work and support.
