Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Luxon Tata Motors, Kottakkal

I had a really great experience with Luxon Tata, Kottakkal. The way their team handled my issue was extremely professional, systematic, and customer-friendly. I had purchased my vehicle from KVR Tata, and when a minor issue came up, I was told that it would take a minimum of two days to complete the warranty claim and return the vehicle. When I asked why it would take that long, was simply told that there were several procedures involved. I was not completely satisfied with that response, so I contacted Luxon Tata, Kottakkal. To my surprise, they immediately assured me that they would try to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I took my vehicle to their service centre, and the issue—which I had been told would take at least two days—was diagnosed and resolved in just around half an hour! What really impressed me was not just the speed, but the professional and systematic way in which everything was handled. Their approach clearly showed that they genuinely value customer satisfaction. Anyone can sell a vehicle, but excellent after-sales service is what truly makes a customer feel valued and satisfied. In that regard, Luxon Tata Kottakkal definitely deserves a lot of appreciation.
