Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Novelty Tata, New Amritsar

My first experience at Tata Motors service was good. The staff was very cooperative and helpful, and I also appreciate that they called me when my first service was due. However, one issue I noticed was that after the service, since there was a slight delay in picking up my car, it got dusty again. It would be better if they had a covered parking area for serviced vehicles. On request, they cleaned my car again using air pressure, which I appreciated. Apart from this, everything else was well managed. The waiting area was comfortable, with AC, drinking water, and tea/coffee available in the evening. Overall, a good experience so far—let’s see how the second visit goes👍👍
