Excellent service! When I bought my nexon few years back, I was always worried about the after sales service because I used to get mixed kind of reviews. This was the first instance when my car broke down in Gujrat at 10pm in Navsari. I was little worried because of the timing but tata provided great service in terms of toeing car to this service center. Staff of the service center is excellent, knowledge, polite and kind enough answer my multiple questions. Regular updates about progress were provided by team. Work got completed within 10 days especially when parts were not readily available. And lastly, they dropped the car at my doorstep at minimum charges. Overall lovely service. One suggestion: car washing could have been better so you need to speak to your car washing staff for better service. I should call two names for their best coordination 1) Khushbu for constant updates on progress and answering questions with utmost patience 2) Rahul Bhavsar for dropping the car safely at my doorstep. Needless to say I loved the overall service and thanks to complete team. Thanks.
