Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Puneet,Malhpur

My Nexon had mechanical issues on Agra Lucknow Expressway...a shoddy but expensive work by the garage in the Rest Area worsened the issue and we barely managed to reach Lucknow. I googled for nearest Tata Motors Service Centre and found Puneet Tata Motors Service Centre. I had not booked any slot but Mr Irfaan ji and Mr Sanjay ji not only accommodated a slot but explained in details the repairs needed and the realistic timelines. I felt assured by their professionalism and frank analysis. During the repairs I received pics and video on my watsapp and was updated on the repairs being executed. The delivery of the vehicle was smooth and very professional. The car drove and felt like new post the repairs. My gratitude to the staff members of Puneet Tata Motors Service Centre for their expertise and thoroughness in their job and being humane in their dealing with customers.
