I purchased a Tata Punch EV from Marina Motors. Within a short period, I started facing a severe battery draining issue, where the battery percentage would suddenly drop to zero even when it was at 50% after a full 100% charge. Because of this, I ended up stranded on the road with my family multiple times. Every single time, the Roadside Assistance (RSA) had to come and tow the car on a crane. Unfortunately, Marina Motors could neither diagnose nor fix the actual issue. Later, the dealership changed from Marina Motors to Gokulam Motors, but the situation remained exactly the same; they also failed to find a solution. During a subsequent breakdown, through Roadside Assistance, my car was taken to Rotana Motors. The team at Rotana Motors genuinely took the time to study the issue and understood the immense hardship I was going through. At one point, out of sheer frustration, I had even decided to sell the car at a huge financial loss. However, the owner of Rotana Motors (Mr. Ajishad ) personally intervened and comforted me, saying, 'We need to understand the root cause of the problem first. Selling the car in a hurry will cause you a massive loss, and your loss is our loss too.' Following this, their team thoroughly investigated the technical glitch and successfully managed to get a brand-new replacement battery from Tata Motors for my car. From my experience, I realized that any dealership wanting to learn what true customer service and customer relation mean should visit Rotana Motors. I am incredibly grateful to the entire team and management of Rotana Motors for standing by me during this difficult time and helping me get a new battery."
