A dedicated WhatsApp group was created with the technician team, where photos and videos of the work were shared in real time. This level of transparency is truly commendable and helps build strong customer trust. All service updates were provided proactively, without requiring follow-ups from my side. The team showed strong technical knowledge and handled the vehicle with care and responsibility. The estimated timelines and costs were communicated accurately and adhered to.
