My Tata EV had plummeted to **1% charge** after three consecutive public charging stations on my route were out of order. With my family in the car and the battery on the verge of dying, I pulled into the showroom in absolute distress. Even though this location is not a dedicated public EV charging station, the response from the staff was nothing short of heroic **Going Above and Beyond** The moment they realized our predicament, the team swung into action: * **Immediate Action:** They immediately cleared space and arranged for my car to be plugged in, effectively saving us from being stranded. * **Top-Notch Hospitality:** They ushered my family into the comfortable lounge, ensuring we were relaxed while we waited.
