I recently purchased my new vehicle Tata Sierra smart plus disel from Shraddha Motors, and I had a great experience! Right from the test drive to the delivery day, the process was smooth and transparent. My sales advisor Viraj Bhai was polite, responsive, and helped with every query I had. He ensured all paperwork was done on time and kept me updated throughout. The showroom environment was welcoming, and I really appreciate the delivery day arrangements. I did my PDI in advance and everything was in order. One small suggestion would be to clarify the accessories list better in the beginning and mention what is included or not.
