I recently purchased (April 12, 2026) a Tata Altroz Creative S DCA from Supernova Motors, Gota. This is the fourth car in our family (having cars of Hyundai and Chevrolet make), and I find the tiny Altroz DCA superior in comfort and handling amongst them. The Sales & Delivery Team: The experience was seamless thanks to Mr. Mayur Patel (Customer Co-ordinator). He is dedicated, responsive and a great guy to deal with. The delivery hospitality was excellent. Ms. Urvi Suthar explained the documents thoroughly, and the Accessory Department staff were very professional. Mr. Dhrumil and Ms. Urvi are polite, customer-friendly and excellent "event managers" for the delivery process. Technical Support & Follow-up: Mr. Dhrumil explained the features well and showed great dedication in trying to resolve a frequent restarting issue with the infotainment system himself at time of delivery. Since the service center was closed on delivery day. The showroom team proactively created a WhatsApp group to connect us with the service person. We’ve had a good conversation with them and, since this isn't my daily car (we have an alternative for commuting & not having enough time to visit service station or attend service person at home-except week end), we’ve decided to resolve the infotainment & other minor issue during the first service. Constructive Feedback: I am facing a "panicful" issue where the DCA requires multiple attempts to shift from Neutral to Drive/Reverse, making parking painful since day 1. I also requested a third-party PDI (on march 08,2026), which was declined due to showroom policy. Requesting management to change this; customers buy cars to save time, and a professional PDI ensures peace of mind by catching minor faults before delivery. Verdict: The car is great and the staff is very co-operative. Despite the few technical niggles, the team’s willingness to help is evident. Highly recommended to buy this car from this show room!
