Overall, my experience with the Tata Velocity sales office has been very positive, and the staff behaviour is good and professional. That’s why I’m giving 4 stars. During my first visit and second visit for car details, pricing, and negotiation, everything was very quick and smooth. The team was helpful, explained things clearly, and did not waste time. Even over calls, they usually pick up quickly and provide the required information without delay, which I really appreciate. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the time taken during final steps. When I visited for car booking, final payment, receipts, and invoices, the process took unusually long. Each time I went to collect or verify payment-related documents, I had to wait much longer than expected, which was disappointing. Apart from this delay in payment receipts and invoices, everything else was good—staff behaviour, communication, and overall support were very satisfactory. With a little improvement in speed during final billing and documentation, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
