A couple of months ago I visited MK Motors Manipuzha just to know more about the various TATA EV models, which ended up in the purchase of my TATA NEXON EV PRIME. In fact, I was not determined to go for TATA initially. But I was swayed by their trustworthiness and was impressed the way they presented the EV concept and within no time I came to the conclusion that it is definitely a value-for-money product when compared to other EV models in the market. Special thanks to Mr. Sajeesh Kumar of MK Motors (Manipuzha) who gave me the confidence to move forward with my selection of TATA NEXON EV PRIME. Furthermore, I was not familiar with the instrument cluster of my EV and I used to make 5 to 10 calls daily during the initial days and Mr. Sajeesh without any hesitation was prompt in answering my queries over telephone, which I appreciate the most. Thanks to MK Motors and Mr. Sajeesh Kumar for making me choose TATA NEXON EV. Be in no doubt that TATA EV's will reign the EV segment in India very soon. Finally the "Dark Beast" reached to my family. Thanks TATA... For repositioning a tough off roader to a premium family car with same capabilities and priority to extreme safety with VFM... Of course to the team " M K motors" for promising the commitments from enquiry to the delivery.. Being an experience from Automotive OEM, I curiously watched the sales reps for keen tech facts, how they are presenting and stretch to tthe customer for convince and pass on the product impression to a decesion among wide choices in the market... I impressed on team even for minor detailing to a uncertain buyer who can conclude the major decision easily, it is team's real dedication....result in confidence in after sales service also..
