    Went in with my 2011 Tata Aria 4x4 for a spare part query (handbrake) at 5:45 PM, 15 mins before the closing time as mentioned on GMaps. My car developed a slow puncture in the rear right tyre which the security guard at the service center noticed while I was parking the car inside their lot. By the time I got the jack out, the guard called mechanics from the service station, asked them to use the lift and swap the punctured tyre with the stepney. Meanwhile, the service advisor approached me and noted down the problem with the handbrake and was checking with the spares store about the part. The part was ordered and a tentative timeline was given. While I paid the advance for the order, my car was back in the parking lot with the spare tyre on, air filled and the punctured tyre back in the boot! I looked around for the mechanic(s) who proactively swapped my tyre to thank them but they went back to their work right after. Would HIGHLY recommend this service center for Tata cars in Jalandhar. They went out of their way to help me get my car back on road and spare part procurement. Thank you, Team Aakriti World!
