Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Ashok Auto, Nunhai

My Harrier XTA+ had a major snag of not starting with a warning of key out. Under the able guidance of Mr Abhishek Chauhan (GM), the technician was sent to carry out on-site repair. Major efforts were undertaken by Mr Sohan (DT) to repair the vehicle on-site for 3 days. Finally, a tow away was arranged to Nunhai service center where a critical spare part had to be replaced after thorough inspection. I want to highlight the professional and dedicated efforts of the entire team to rectify the vehicle and finally hand it over to me in excellent condition. The DT skipped his weekly off twice to ensure that the vehicle was rectified on time. I would like to appreciate the efforts of the entire team. They are truly working hard to improve and keep up the standards of TATA. Thank you.
