Recently visited Auto Matrix tata service for body part related work and the representatives Mr.Abhilash and Mr.Sandeep were really helpful and knowledgeable about insurance claim process. They both took care of the entire process effectively. Especially Mr.Sandeep was extremely good in providing the updates frequently as well as delivering the car well within the earlier shared timeline. Tata company/franchise should really take good care of such representatives. Thank you Abhilash and sandeep for everything. Really happy with the overall service.
