Above and Beyond Service – Grateful for Mr. Raghunandan and His Team! Recently, my car broke down unexpectedly during my trip to Udupi and wouldn’t start - likely a battery issue. While the company’s roadside assistance couldn’t dispatch help quickly, I was advised to contact the nearest service station. That’s when I spoke to Mr. Raghunandan, the service manager, who turned a stressful situation into a reassuring experience. Despite the initial hiccup, Raghunandan Ji listened patiently, took ownership, and immediately sent his team to my location. They arrived within an hour with a spare battery, towed the car for a thorough inspection, and replaced the battery - all while working beyond their usual hours to ensure I wasn’t stranded. What stood out was Raghunandan Ji’s personal involvement: he answered every call and message, offered calm and practical advice, and made sure I felt supported throughout. It’s rare to find a manager and team willing to go the extra mile, especially when the responsibility wasn’t originally theirs. A heartfelt thank you to Raghunandan Ji and his dedicated team for their professionalism, kindness, and urgency in resolving my issue. I feel that this level of care is what builds lifelong trust in a brand!
