Raghunandan sir (senior service manager in udipi) understood my cng nexon issue very clearly and resolved the issue in 1 hour, when we are on the way to hyderabad, which we couldn't resolve from past 3 months in hyderabad. Service centers like this should be encouraged and adds value to TATA brand. Finally got a perfect service center with knowledgeable staff.
