Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Automatrix

I had my servicing due in the month of September 2024, I called up TATA Automatrix servicing center, Gundibail branch and had a word with Karthik who guided me to Dheeraj (Car servicing department). Was very happy with the client servicing what Dheeraj provided me for example - 1) When called for an booking slot, he clearly mentioned the date, day and timing on when I should bring my car. 2) He greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming when I personally visited the service center. 2) Explained me what all things will be checked as part of my servicing. 3) When in doubt he was very patient to answer all my queries and also did changes as per my requirements within the policy. 4) I had issues with my ABS system. Dheeraj and team investigated and told me the estimation as well. 5) My car was ready as per the schedule time without any hassle and follow-up. This is my 3rd visit to the servicing center and I have co-ordinated with Karthik, Dheeraj( service center team) and Abhilash from Body Shop team, all were very approachable and helpful to me. My recent Visit to Tata Serivce Center Udupi is satisfied. I purchased a new altroz car and my first serivece was done in same service center but it was very disturbed for me. But my second visit attended by Mr Dheeraj who is the service incharge very cooperative. He has followed up on each and every request made very patiently. He sloved the problems with his team. I recommend to use Dheeraj for ur and Tata Service related works. Very much satisfied with the whole service given by Mr. Dheeraj and experience was very good .
