Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Autovikas, Rama Road

Dear Tata Service Team, I would like to share my experience regarding the first service of my car, registration number DL10DB5340. Dated 20 May"2026 There was a huge rush of Tata car variants outside the service center, which clearly reflects the trust and belief people have in the Tata Group. I requested a lady at the front office golden hair, unfortunately I do not remember her name, to help park my vehicle inside the premises. She immediately coordinated with a senior staff member, Mr. Navneet, who personally parked my vehicle safely inside the compound. He patiently listened to a few concerns regarding my car and assigned my service advisor, Mr. Adnan. Mr. Adnan again listened to all my basic concerns very patiently. Adnan Ji immediately created a service group and gave me an honest delivery timeline of 6 PM. Throughout the day, he continuously updated me regarding the status of my car, including washing, cleaning, and resolution of all issues. Adnan ji handed over the car keys exactly at the committed time. Even after I left the service center, I called Mr Adnan again to ask how to check the car’s average. Despite the hot weather, Adnan ji came outside the service center and guided me properly on how to check it myself. It feels really good to become a member of the Tata family.
