Subject: Appreciation Letter - Kartik, Body Shop Employee
Dear Tata Motors Auto Vikas Patel Nagar Service Center Team,
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Kartik, one of your body shop employees. His dedication and professionalism in resolving my car issue have left a lasting impression on me.
On March 23rd, my car was involved in an accident, and I submitted a claim on April 2nd. After an 8-day stay at the body shop, I collected my car today, only to discover that it wouldn't start due to a faulty battery. My car, registered as DL 6CT 5822, is still under warranty.
Unfortunately, I had difficulty getting assistance from the service center staff. However, Kartik took the initiative to help me and worked diligently to resolve the issue. His genuine understanding of my problem and exceptional support were truly impressive.
As a corporate professional, I had a critical sales meeting scheduled, and I required my car to be operational today. Kartik's efforts ensured that my car was ready, despite it being outside his designated role.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Kartik for his exceptional service and dedication. I hope that his efforts will be recognized and rewarded by the management.
