The service at Autovikas Service Center was excellent and my recent experience with my Tata Punch was very satisfying. The staff handled both the regular service and an unexpected issue with great responsibility and quick action. Overall service experience The car service was done very well and the vehicle was returned in proper condition. The team was professional, responsive, and ensured all issues were resolved without any hassle for me. Appreciation for Ms Pooja After service, my left headlight stopped working by default, and Ms Pooja immediately arranged a technician to visit my home for replacement, which was very convenient. She is a very humble and helpful person who took quick action and ensured the problem was solved on priority. Appreciation for Mr Adnan Mr Adnan noticed that my fuel tank was swollen and could cause damage in the future, which I was not aware of. He promptly arranged replacement of the fuel tank under warranty, which shows his technical alertness and genuine concern for customer safety. Final recommendation Overall, I am very happy with Autovikas Service Center and especially thankful to Ms. Pooja and Mr. Adnan for their support. I strongly recommend this service center for their quick response, quality work, and customer‑friendly attitude🙏
