I visited the service center due to an emergency issue with my vehicle, where there was a very loud noise every time I applied the brakes. Even though my vehicle was not scheduled in their service list, the team understood the seriousness of the situation, considered it an urgent safety concern, and immediately prioritized my vehicle. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the braking issue, which I really appreciate. I was also facing a long-standing DEF-related issue, along with the service/check warning symbol appearing on the dashboard. I had previously visited multiple Tata Motors service centers, but unfortunately the root cause could not be identified. The team here took the time to properly diagnose the problem, pinpointed the exact faulty part, and advised me on what needs to be replaced to permanently resolve the issue. The level of attention, technical knowledge, and customer support I received here was truly impressive. It gave me a lot of confidence in their service.
