Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Doon Tata, Laxman Jhoola Road

This review is only to appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness I experienced at Tata Motor service center in Rishikesh city. I came for a trip here and my car met with a small accident due to which the tyre were immovable. I was quite tensed and somehow reached service center. Service advisor Vishal and Head Technician Shahnawaz evaluated the condition of my car and agreed to repair at their center. Although it's not their job because it was service station and not body workshop but they didn't think twice before helping. They asked for 2-3 hours of time and we were again exhausted to listen that. However to my surprise, within 30 minutes they got my car repaired as they knew I need to reach back home. The prices was also nominal and added they provided me a authorized discount with Gst bill. I can't thank enough for the service they gave. In such scenario anyone would try to extort money but it was quite opposite. I really appreciate Vikas and his team for the help. Be same and keep up the good work 👏
