Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Durga Car Services Pvt Ltd, Kelakote

I was travelling from Dharwad to Bangalore and was about 14 km from Chitradurga when a dog suddenly entered the highway, causing an accident. By God’s grace, none of the passengers were injured, although the car suffered some damage near the bumper. I immediately contacted Durga Car Service, and their Service Manager, Mr. Srinivas, responded promptly and took the car for inspection without any delay. The service done well, it took little more time due to insurance formalities but the service and the prompt update on the service was really impressed, The service centre is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and staffed with very friendly and helpful people. Overall, it's first best service experience from the TATA service centre. Thank you so much Mr Srinivas Sir.
