Took my new Nexon to resolve Sun roof issue, initially they started doing the calibration without having a clear idea on the problem but when they were not able to resolve. Someone senior from their team told us that Sun roof required an upgrade which was supposed to be done in the first service this miscommunication is something which could have been avoided and would have saved hours of my time but eventually my problem got resolved for which I'm happy.
I am a regular customer. The performance of this workshop is good. Would appreciate if the waiting room is improved and the road to the workshop repaired.
