Was here for insurance claims. Insurance was from Tata AIG itself, so verification for damage was done online.
Mr. Rudrappa, Bhanu and Bharath (insurance team) were helpful in the claims processing.
Although it took a little longer than expected, still a good experience at key motors.
This is the only Tata service center that I've seen in Bangalore that's employing women to patiently (using minimum water) clean both interiors and exteriors (including the grooves). The vehicle is very clean taking it out from the service/repairs here. Other franchisees and service centers should learn from this.
