From the bad talk about the Tata service to the awesome service I write this review, I owe an altroz dca and I am seriously and genuinely happy the way hosa road kropex service people came to help me when needed, I was getting engine symbol and tpms symbol on my speedo meter display, abdul, punit and neetha from service centre helped me resolve this issue over the phone and asked me to come down to the service centre to connect with Laptop and cleared the files, they gave me a some tips if these things come again in the future to resolve myself, thanks to the team for the swift response, I am genuinely happy customer

I own TATA Safari - KA51MT7757, where my services are done with Kropex Auto, Hosur. Recently had gone through a issue with Coolant Leak. I could quickly call the service centre and got immediate guidance on how and what to do from Mr. Tulasi (Service Centre Manager) and his team Mr Khaja and Mr. Ganesh. They were so supportive and accommodative, on late evening on weekend also they did not shy away from supporting me. I personally acknowledge and appreciate the support they provide to their customers. Though people always had negative feedback on TATA service, this turned out to be a different experience. Very Supportive, Accommodative and Proper Guidance when i needed support, this is overwhelming experience from Kropex Auto, Hosur Main Road Service Center.
