    Extremely courteous and helpful staff. Reached out for AC cooling issue in my car and was helped by Swarnalatha who was very polite and helped to get the vehicle service done on the same day. Mr Ravi was my service advisor and he understood the problem with car and got it fixed on the same day. Great work team!

    I would like to call out Mr. Chandan who was the service advisor for me for the excellent service I received during my recent visit for Harrier vehicle. The drive and terrain modes were not working in my car. His diagnosis that the drive mode panel was damaged due to water leakege through the wind shield was on point. He admitted the problem and offered to get the repair done under warranty which would’ve otherwise costed me atleast a 10k. Mr. Chandan is very polite and professional. It’s reassuring to know that I can count on your team for reliable and customer-friendly service. Keep up the great work!
