Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Kropex Auto, Nanjappa Reddy Layout

I recently had my petrol four-wheeler serviced at the Kropex Tata Service Centre in Koramangala, and the entire experience was excellent. The service process was very smooth, everything was done properly, and the staff ensured that my car was well taken care of. A special mention to Srinivasan for his outstanding attention to detail and for coordinating the entire process effortlessly. His professionalism and clear communication made the experience hassle-free and reassuring. I highly recommend this service centre for their efficiency, quality of work, and customer focus.

Our nexon ev battery had suddenly died and the roadside assistance had given us a rather mixed experience. But they did direct us Kropex and from there it was a reassuring experience. The manager Mr Girish assured that we can drop the vehicle even after the centre closed and that they would connect first thing in the morning. From the next morning Mr Subin took our case and it was a very pleasant and proper communication. Mr Subin was there to help till the end. And Mr Girish came forward to greet me as well when I came for billing.
