Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Kropex Auto, Nanjappa Reddy Layout

I used to always go to Prerana service center earlier, but this time tried Kropex and I find the service far better. The staff clearly explains what all needs to be done, and gives various cost effective option

From my first servicing to now (my 6th servicing), I have always took my vehicle to this service centre. The whole team puts an enormous effort to make our experience comfortable and smooth. I speacially want to mention Srinivasa, he has been the service advisor for me all the time and amount of time he invest to understand the issue and have a check on all the issued is really commendable. He goes beyond his comfort to check all the conditions and help me. Kudos to the team and management of this service centre. Keep helping 😃
