Excellent customer service. Special mention to Subin. He has been a great customer representative. He is polite, listens to you and keeps me updated about the status. Rajesh from body shop also has been helpful. Body work is expensive though. Overall, great service experience.

I got my safari serviced at Kropex service center, kormangala and my service advisor was Mr. Srinivasu. He was very professional and was checking everything in the car to the details before taking in for the service. He explained me clearly all the repairs and approximate costing. He also through explained the service done and parts replaced while taking the delivery of my car. Really appreciate his professional behavior and care he showed during my visit.
