I purchased a new nexon last month from them and would like to appreciate " Maaz" who walked me through everything and helped me everytime needed. There are still some issue with the vehicle I have purchased but from delivery point of view . There were some ups and downs , also there are some still but I am satisfied and shout out to Maaz for his patience and clarifications

He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and guided us patiently through all the formalities. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really made us feel valued. The vehicle delivery experience was also memorable. They had arranged a small unveiling ceremony which was beautifully organized – a nice touch that added a lot of excitement to the moment. We were also offered free tea and cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Overall, we are extremely happy with both the service and the hospitality at Prerana Motors. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
