Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Kropex Auto, Nanjappa Reddy Layout

Our nexon ev battery had suddenly died and the roadside assistance had given us a rather mixed experience. But they did direct us Kropex and from there it was a reassuring experience. The manager Mr Girish assured that we can drop the vehicle even after the centre closed and that they would connect first thing in the morning. From the next morning Mr Subin took our case and it was a very pleasant and proper communication. Mr Subin was there to help till the end. And Mr Girish came forward to greet me as well when I came for billing.
