Technical issues with the car, were resolved by KVR kannur. The branch manager Mr.Nidhin is very polite and a good listner. Service advisor ensured the technical issues were addressed. By far the best Tata service centre, that I visited
Improvement areas
1. Lounge lacks sufficient seats. It's hot. Coolers are without water. Receptionist not aware on the water-filling. Manager mentioned that, a better facility is under renovation.
2. Facility cleanliness
3. Though the issue got resolved within 1st trial (crank sensor replacement) after OBD scanning; expect the diagnosis expertise to improve, to identify the faulty part, rather than "trial and error" method.
