    I would like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional service and integrity shown by Mr. Amal at the Tata Motors Cars Service Centre - Luxon, Mamangalam. When I gave my car for service, I casually mentioned to Amal that I had lost one of my diamond earrings in the car about three months ago. I simply asked if he could inform the service staff to keep an eye out for it during cleaning. My kids and I had checked the car thoroughly multiple times over the past few months but never found it. I honestly thought it was gone for good. To my surprise, Amal took the initiative to personally inspect the car's interior before handing it over to the service team, knowing there was a chance it could be lost during vacuuming. Thanks to his careful and sincere effort, he actually found the missing earring! I am truly grateful for Amal's honesty, attention to detail, and genuine care.
